Peer Review Process

Peer Review

·        Every manuscript submitted to IJATES is evaluated by at least one, and generally two or more, independent reviewers.

·        Authors may recommend suitable reviewers or request exclusion of specific individuals.

·        The review process is strictly confidential, and the identities of reviewers remain anonymous.

·        Reviewers may only consult colleagues with prior permission from the editor.

·        All review reports, editorial correspondence, and related documents are treated as highly confidential.

Open Access

All articles published in the International Journal of Advanced Technology in Engineering and Science (IJATES) are freely available to readers across the globe. Publications may be viewed, downloaded, printed, and shared without subscription charges or special permissions.

Paper Submission Workflow

1.    Authors submit their research manuscript to the journal.

2.    The editorial and peer-review process begins (normally completed within 60 days).

3.    Once accepted, authors receive an Acceptance Letter along with a Review Report.

4.    Authors are then required to submit the Copyright Agreement, Payment Form, and the Final Camera-Ready Paper (formatted as per the template).

Editorial Decisions

After peer review, manuscripts are classified as:

·        Accepted

·        Accepted with minor revisions

·        Revision required (major changes)

·        Rejected

Author Registration

·        Authors must complete the registration process within the deadline provided in the Acceptance Letter.

·        Any delay should be communicated in advance to the editorial office.

·        All published papers remain the intellectual property of A R Research Publication.

Privacy & Confidentiality

·        Personal and payment information provided by authors is collected solely for billing and correspondence purposes.

·        All transactions are handled through secure systems to ensure confidentiality and safety.

Plagiarism Policy

·        Each submission is checked using plagiarism-detection software.

·        Manuscripts with significant plagiarism will be rejected outright.

Withdrawal Policy

·        Once a manuscript has been formally accepted, withdrawal is not permitted under any circumstances.
