Copyright
Infringement Claims
Any allegations of copyright infringement must be formally addressed to the Editor at paperpublication2020@gmail.com, with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement”.
The
complaint must be supported with verifiable documentation proving that the
disputed content was previously published, copyrighted, or patented by the
complainant before the date of publication of the concerned IJATES
article. Upon receiving such a claim, the IJATES Editorial Board will
notify the respective author(s) and seek a response. All communications in this
process will remain transparent to both parties.
The IJATES
Editorial Board retains the sole authority to determine the validity of any
claim. If the claim is found legitimate, the disputed manuscript will be
withdrawn from all IJATES archives and servers. In cases where only
minor corrections (such as missing references) are required, the author(s) will
be directed to revise and resubmit the paper. The revised version will undergo
peer review in line with standard submission procedures and, if approved, may
be republished in the same issue and volume.
All copyright-related complaints are treated with utmost seriousness. A formal response will be sent to the complainant within three working days, provided that the claim is accompanied by sufficient documentary evidence.
